What materials are your record sleeves made from?
Our premium sleeves are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and cast polypropylene. These materials are 100% acid-free and archival-safe, ensuring your album covers and vinyl discs never suffer from chemical leaching or 'fogging'.
How do I know if a storage rack will fit my specific collection size?
Each product page includes a 'Capacity Guide.' Generally, our standard 12-inch racks hold between 50 to 75 single LP records. We recommend leaving about 10% of the space empty to allow for easy browsing and to prevent 'ring wear' from over-tight packing.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy storage furniture?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that for heavy items like solid wood consoles and metal racks, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied with the quality?
We offer a 30-day 'Perfect Fit' guarantee. If our storage solutions do not meet your expectations or arrive damaged, you can return them for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are repacked in their original packaging to prevent transit damage.
Are your wooden storage crates stackable?
Many of our modular series are designed with interlocking grooves for safe stacking up to three units high. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page to see if a specific model supports vertical stacking.
